Who we are

Clauseworks is led by Idrees Naeem, a UK-qualified lawyer with five years post qualifiedexperience advising businesses on commercial and transactional matters. Prior to founding Clauseworks, Idrees worked at a leading city law firm, advising high level clients on a variety of matters.

What we are- and what we aren't

Clauseworks provides commercial legal documentation and advisory services to businesses in England and Wales. We are not a firm of solicitors and do not undertake reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007 (such as litigation, conveyancing, or probate). For matters requiring a regulated firm, we'll tell you upfront and refer you to a trusted partner where appropriate.
